Abstract submission is open!

Here you will find how to submit your abstract and the guidelines that you need to take into account. Please read them carefully before starting the submission process.

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 31 March 2026
  • Notification of Review Outcomes: Early June 2026
  • Presenter Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 1 July 2026
    (The presenting author must be registered for the meeting by this date.)

Submission guidelines & procedure

Submission and Review procedure
  • Abstracts can be saved as drafts and edited up to After submission it is not possible to change the abstract.
  • Abstracts that are still in draft status after the deadline will not be evaluated and will not be included in the congress program.
  • The Scientific Committee will review and evaluate all submitted abstracts according to the purpose and rationale of the study, appropriateness of the method, discussion of the results and the significance of the contribution of the study.
  • The Scientific Committee may accept submitted abstracts in an alternative format or presentation type
  • All accepted abstracts will be published on the official congress website and in the mobile app.
General Submission Guidelines
  • The presenting author of the abstract must be registered before the meeting before Tuesday 1 July 2026.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • The study presented in the abstract must be approved within the scope of ethics and animal experimentation rules.
  • Abstracts must be original and must not have been published or presented at another meeting.
  • Abstracts must be submitted under one of these formats: Symposium, Workshop, Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation.
  • 📌Please note: If your abstract is selected for presentation, you will be required to upload a Conflict of Interest form during registration.
    Additionally, all speakers will be asked to grant permission for the recording of selected lectures, which may be made available on the ISAM website and ISAM YouTube channel for educational purposes.
