Submission Guidelines
The online abstract submission is a simple step-by-step process and will ask you to input the following details:

- Abstract title: word limit is 20
- Presentation preference: Oral or Poster Presentation
- Topic: chosen from the below topic list
- Presenting Author – Name, affiliation, and job title of presenting author (this person must be listed as the first author)
- Co-Authors – Name, affiliation, and job title of co-author(s)
- Abstract text: limited to 350 words. The abstract should be structured into the following sections:
- Introduction/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions.
- Images and tables: max 2 figures. All tables, figures, and reference citations must be referred to in the text of the abstract.
Oral Format
- An oral presentation is a brief talk, typically 15 minutes (13 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A).
- The Presenting Author will be informed of the duration of the presentation at the acceptance notification stage.
- Recommended format: Powerpoint (16:9) Each session room will have a laptop/pc which accommodates all formats of PowerPoint, though we do recommend that you use the widescreen (16:9) screen size for your PowerPoint presentation.
📌Please note:
If your abstract is selected for presentation, you will be required to upload a Conflict of Interest form during registration.
Additionally, all speakers will be asked to grant permission for the recording of selected lectures, which may be made available on the ISAM website and ISAM YouTube channel for educational purposes.
