Submission Guidelines
The online abstract submission is a simple step-by-step process and will ask you to input the following details:
- Workshop title: word limit is 20
- Topic: chosen from the below list
- Presenters: Names, affiliations, organizations, positions, and email addresses of co-speakers
- Description of the workhop: word limit is 300
The description should be structured into the following sections:

- Introduction/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions.
Workshop Format
- Workshops are scheduled to be interactive, 90 minutes in length, can consist of data presentation and/or skills-building sessions.
- Workshops can have two to four speakers
- The team of speakers will be managed by a chair, a co-chair or moderator is optional.
- The abstract is limited to 300 words including background and objective of the workshop.
📌Please note:
If your abstract is selected for presentation, you will be required to upload a Conflict of Interest form during registration.
Additionally, all speakers will be asked to grant permission for the recording of selected lectures, which may be made available on the ISAM website and ISAM YouTube channel for educational purposes.
