The Global Addiction Therapeutics Innovation Day (GATID) is a dedicated pre-conference event of the ISAM 2026 Congress, designed to spotlight cutting-edge innovations in addiction medicine.
GATID brings together researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, and innovators from around the world to present novel therapeutics, digital solutions, neuroscience advances, and integrated care models that are shaping the future of addiction treatment.
A highlight of the event is the ISAM Innovation Award, which recognizes outstanding, high-impact innovations with the potential to transform prevention, treatment, and recovery in addiction medicine (http://isamweb.org/innovation-award/). Selected finalists present their work during GATID, and the winner is announced at the conclusion of the event.

Cancelation policy
Cancelations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat before June 1st 2026. Cancelations made before 1 June 2026 will be refunded minus 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds can be issued. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Validity of tickets
Innovation Day (GATID) tickets are only valid for attendance on 30 September 2026. A seperate registration applies for the 28th Annual Global ISAM Congress.
