Registration is quick and easy via the official registration webpage. On this page, you will find an overview of the registration fees and can complete your registration directly by clicking the registration button. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email including your payment receipt. We encourage you to register early to secure your participation.

The LAMI rate is available for individuals from low-income and lower-middle-income economies, as defined by the World Bank. A full list of eligible countries can be found on the World Bank website. Please note that the LAMI rate applies to individual registrations only and is not available for group registrations. To register visit the official registration webpage.

Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Dinners are not included and must be registered and paid for separately.

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat by using the contact form on this website. You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Cancellation conditions are outlined on the registration page of this website. Cancellations received before June 1st, 2026 will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after June 1st, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the congress has taken place.

If you wish to make changes to your registration, please submit your request via the contact form on this website. Please note that it is not possible to make changes to your registration online yourself.

Yes, the presenting author must be registered for the congress by Tuesday, 1 July 2026 to have their abstract included in the program.
Payment

We only accept payment in euros.

Payment can be made by iDEAL or credit card during the online registration process. Please note that payment by invoice is not available for individual registrations.
Travel & Accomodation

If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, you can download the official Letter of Invitation directly from this website by clicking here.
Please note that this letter is provided to support your visa application only. A rejected visa application is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

No, hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee and must be booked separately.

If you wish to book a hotel for your stay during ISAM 2026, please use the hotel booking link on the registration page to reserve accommodation close to the congress venue.
Accreditation

Yes. A certificate of attendance will be sent by email after the conference once the post-congress evaluation survey has been completed. Certificates are issued only to participants who have attended the conference, met the required conditions (to be communicated prior to the congress), and have paid their registration fee in full. Participants with outstanding payments will receive their certificate after payment has been completed.

Yes. EACCME accreditation is being applied for. To be eligible, participants must have attended the conference, met the required conditions (to be communicated prior to the congress), and have paid their registration fee in full. In addition, participants are required to complete a post-congress evaluation survey. After completion of the survey, a certificate of attendance will be issued, which can be used to claim the accreditation points.

Abstract Submission Process

All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system linked on the abstract page of the congress website.

No. You can save your abstract as a draft and edit it before final submission. Once the abstract is submitted, changes are not possible. Abstracts still in draft status after the deadline will not be reviewed.

All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee for relevance, method, results, and contribution to the field. The committee may also suggest alternative formats if appropriate. Accepted abstracts will be published on the official congress website and in the mobile app.

Abstracts that remain in draft status after the submission deadline will not be reviewed.

Yes, authors may submit more than one abstract, provided each submission meets the requirements outlined on the website.
