Apply in time
Visa applications must be submitted by the traveller through the relevant embassy, consulate or visa application centre. Applications can generally be submitted up to six months before travel. Processing may take longer when additional assessment or documents are required, so we strongly recommend applying as early as possible.
The invitation letters are provided solely to support a visa application. They do not constitute a visa, serve as proof of congress registration or guarantee that an application will be approved.
Participants are responsible for checking the applicable visa requirements, submitting their application on time, attending any required appointments, providing the necessary documents and covering all related costs. ISAM 2026, GATID and Congress Care cannot submit, expedite, monitor or influence a visa application or decision.
Visa refusal, processing delays or the inability to obtain an appointment do not alter the applicable cancellation and refund conditions. Please review the cancellation policy on the relevant registration page before registering or making travel arrangements.
