Before you arrive
Practical updates will be sent to the primary email address used during registration. These messages may include final program information, venue and access instructions, badge collection details and other important updates.
Please read these communications carefully before travelling to Rotterdam and make sure that the email address in your registration is correct.

Registration & access
Badge collection & assistance
Registered participants can collect their personal congress badge at the registration desk. The team can also assist with registration questions, programme information, wayfinding and other practical matters.
Your badge provides access to the congress areas included in your registration. Please keep it with you throughout the congress.

Sessions & attendance
Attending sessions
Participants do not need to pre-register for individual scientific sessions. You are free to move between sessions and create your own program throughout the congress.
Admission is on a walk-in basis and subject to the available room capacity. We recommend checking the program in advance and arriving in good time for popular sessions.
Badge scanning & accreditation
Attendance is recorded through badge scanning at the entrance of each session room. Please make sure that your badge is scanned whenever you enter a session, as only verified attendance can be included in your participation record.
ISAM 2026 has applied for EACCME® accreditation. If accreditation is granted, credits will be based on verified attendance and completion of the required post-congress evaluation.

Facilities & support
WiFi & connectivity
Complimentary public WiFi is available throughout de Doelen, including meeting rooms and public areas. Login details will be provided on-site.
The public network is suitable for email, web browsing and general online use.
Help during the congress
The registration desk and the ISAM 2026 organising team are available throughout the congress to assist with:
- badge collection and registration questions;
- program information;
- general guidance and wayfinding;
- other practical questions.
If you require assistance, please visit the registration desk or speak to a member of the organising team.
After the congress
After the congress, eligible participants will receive an online evaluation form at the primary email address used during registration. The evaluation will include an overview of your recorded attendance based on the available badge-scanning data.
Please complete the evaluation to finalise your participation record. Once the required steps have been completed, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance.
If EACCME® accreditation is granted, verified attendance and completion of the evaluation process will also determine the number of credits for which you may be eligible.
