Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total:
The chairperson is responsible for monitoring the timing so that all presenters receive equal presentation time. Please rehearse your presentation in advance and keep it within the allocated 12 minutes.
All presentations must be delivered in English.
Upload your final presentation to SlideCrew no later than 30 minutes before the start of your session.
Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows the speakers to confirm the presentation order and chairing arrangements before the session begins.
If you are the first speaker listed in your session, you will also act as chairperson.
Please review all three sections before preparing and uploading your presentation.
Prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx) using the widescreen 16:9 format.
You may use your own presentation design. An optional ISAM 2026 presentation template will also be available.

Test all videos, audio and animations before uploading your presentation. Avoid overly complex animations and transitions, as these may not display correctly on the congress presentation system.
Slides should support your spoken presentation and help the audience follow your main message.

ISAM 2026 uses SlideCrew as its official presentation management system.
Around mid-August, you will receive a personal email invitation to access your SlideCrew account. Through your account, you can:
If you are presenting in more than one session, each presentation will be linked to the appropriate session.
Uploading your slides in advance is strongly recommended. SlideCrew checks your file for potential issues involving fonts, compatibility, video, audio and file integrity.

Even if you upload your presentation in advance, we recommend checking it briefly after arriving at the congress.

Please arrive at your assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Meet the other speakers, confirm the presentation order and make sure that everyone is aware of the chairing arrangements. Follow any additional instructions provided by the room technician or congress team.
Oral presentation sessions do not have a separately appointed chairperson. The first speaker listed in the session will act as chairperson.

Your presentation will already be available on the congress presentation computer. Presenters cannot connect their own laptops or present directly from a USB drive.

After your presentation, approximately three minutes are reserved for audience questions and discussion.
The chairperson will moderate the discussion and ensure that the session remains on schedule. An audience microphone will be available in the room, and delegates will be asked to use it when asking a question.

✓ Test any videos, audio and animations, and upload your final presentation to SlideCrew no later than 30 minutes before your session.
✓ Rehearse your presentation and keep it within the allocated 12 minutes.
✓ Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and confirm the presentation order with the other speakers.
✓ If you are the first speaker listed in your session, be prepared to act as chairperson.
