Cancellation policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat before June 1st 2026. Cancellations made before 1 June 2026 will be refunded minus 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds can be issued. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

The LAMI rate is available for individuals from low-income and lower-middle-income economies, as defined by the World Bank. A full list of eligible countries can be found on the World Bank website. Please note that the LAMI rate applies to individual registrations only and is not available for group registrations.

Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Dinners are not included and must be registered and paid for separately.

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat by email send to ISAM2026@congresscare.com . You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Cancellation conditions are outlined on the registration page of this website. Cancellations received before June 1st, 2026 will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after June 1st, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the congress has taken place.

Yes, the presenting author must be registered for the congress by Tuesday, 1 July 2026 to have their abstract included in the program.
Abstract presenters who submitted late-breaking abstracts, must be registered on or before Sunday, 20 September.
